Sunday we made it to the ocean. I have to mention that for months Kendal has been waking up in tears, having nightmares about sharks in the ocean and Jason is eaten for the finally before she come crying into our room. He had to promise on several occasions that he wouldn't get in the water past his ankles and the rest of us were just going to play in the sand. All of that was out the window as soon as we arrived at the beach.
The kids had a blast in the ocean! Kendal never wanted to come out and completely wore out Jas and Ken. We put Reilly in a life jacket and he bobbed along squealing and having a great time, just couldn't get enough. I'm still finding sand in random things, a reminder of the wonderful day we had.
