waiting
arrived at 530 today. all checked in, wearing huge tiger jammies that he says make him look like a master (think Kung Fu Panda). waiting now for many more nurses and doctors. still expect to begin at 7. said first 90 minutes are prep, then they will let us know when it starts. he's ready to go home now.

Rest of the kids are doing fine. Playing and haven't asked any questions.
