Halloween in the middle of the week is a blur, a flurry of running home too late from work, throwing on costumes and gorging on candy. Thankfully the kids were to excited to notice that mom was a frazzled mess by the time we got to our awesome neighborhood gathering and parade. We followed that up by sprinting from house to house overwhelming neighbors, and then a trip with the cousins to do a lap around our old neighborhood. Whew! Good thing (for mom) that it only comes around once a year.
