July 4th and New House

We spent a great day yesterday at Jeremy and Hope's house for the 4th of July. We were joined also by Gramma and Papa and our good friends the Dimmerlings. The weather could have been better but the kids didn't notice the wind or that it's somehow still not over 80 degrees at the beginning of July. The guys put on a great show which was supplemented nicely by all the neighbors who blew loads of money in West Richland.

To get all festive for the day, we had a tie-dye party. The kids were really excited to wear their own creations.

Other exciting news is that we have finally begun construction on the new house. We have a foundation! And, at least until they build houses across the street, a pretty nice view. Wonder if we could have seen the Pasco fireworks from there...
